• Responsibility for quality business processes across FDBK site
• Manage QA business processes in areas of responsibility to manufacture products for clinical and commercial use, meeting all regulatory requirements
• Build and maintain relationships with internal departments, programme teams, customers and external organisations to support the business
• Encourage collaborative and supportive working with different departments and across functional interfaces
• Lead area of responsibility demonstrating strong culture of customer support, setting up compliant processes that are understood, easy to follow and reduce waste

• Degree or relevant experience.
• Minimum of 10 years in GMP manufacturing organisation.
• Leadership experience in managing teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
