As the Senior Director of Strategy & Execution you will drive our strategy process and follow up on key deliverables in the strategy across all functions to ensure strategic and operational alignment across our site

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead implementation plan and execution of strategy towards our Partner for life and KojoX ambitions
• Facilitate formulation and planning of strategic site initiatives
• Lead strategic execution towards Partner for Life ambitions
• Drive strategic communication in regards to our strategy and key initiatives
• Plan leadership initiatives and ensure strong team collaboration
• Design operational models for governance of BU structure
• Prioritize strategic projects and coordinate with finance and commercial

Scope & Influence

• Responsible for strategic execution and oversight of communication across sites, involving direct interaction with COO, ELT, SLT
• Influence extends across the SLT, with strategic impact on operational and cultural change
• Deals with high complexity, requiring decisiveness in strategic project prioritization.

Key Skills

• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
• Proven ability in cross-functional collaboration
• Understanding of Lean, Agile, and other frameworks
• Excellent organizational and management skills

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in relevant subject required
• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience
• 5 years of leadership experience
• Experience leading project managers and consultants
• Expertise in strategy formulation and execution
• Experience facilitating C-suite meetings and development sessions
• Extensive Project Management experience
